She was predeceased by: her husband Jozef Zmudzinski; and her parents, Wojciech Mendyka and Karolina Mendyka. She is survived by: her children, Krystyna Wyroslak, Edward Zmudzinski (Wanda), Genowefa Burzynska (Pawel) and Mark Zmudzinski (Halina). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, 3 sisters, as well as many nieces and nephews.
