She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Cowie; and her parents, James Payne and Viola Payne (Roloson). She is survived by: her children, Larry Cowie (Lynda), Barbara Payne, Wendy Cowie and Candace Parrack (Steve). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a celebration of Alice's life will be held at a later date.
