It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aleida Margretha Francisca Nooren (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Johnny Nooren (Angela); and her parents, Felix Bouma and Aleida Bouma. She is survived by: her husband John Nooren; her daughters, Deborah Kindree (Chris), Carla Nooren (Dennis Prance) and Krista Fox (David); her grandchildren, Mark, Erika Raycroft, Giancarlo, Alessandro Acquaviva, Luke, Aleida Nooren, Anna and Katelyn Fox; and her siblings, Bert, Peter Bouma (Roseann) and Elizabeth (late Jerry Thoonen). She is also survived by 54 loving nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 a private family Mass will be celebrated at St. Anne's Church Wednesday, June 17 2020, at 11:00 a. m. with Father John Johnson.
Memorial donations may be made in Aleida's name to the Parkinson's Society of SW Ontario or the Alzheimer's Society of Ontario.
