Adrian Vanderhyden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adrian Vanderhyden (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vanderhyden and Barbara Vanderhyden (Neggers); his siblings, Gerry, John, Henk, Marie, Riek, Toni, Germina and Nel; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Vermeltvoort, Jack Groot, Adrian van Gerven, Adrian Rombouts, Harry van Haren, Lina, Paula and Nellie Vanderhyden.
He is survived by: his significant other Christine (Eybergen); his children, Barbara "Betty" Vanderhyden (Paul Morley), Bill Vanderhyden (Lori McLeod) and Janet Benson; his grandchildren, Richard Silcox (Christine Peters), Kristen Silcox (Reece Churchward), Christopher Vanderhyden (Jennifer Devlught), Michael Vanderhyden (Brooke Reddy), Archer Churchward and Isla Silcox; his sister Barbara Vermeltvoort; and his brother-in-law Jeff Timmermans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the St. Thomas General Hospital.
