She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Mike Stevens; her grandchild Joey Stevens; her sister Bonnie Ostrander (Wayne); and her parents, Ben Afman and Tina Afman (Vriezema).

She is survived by: her children, Mike (Cathy), Jim (Shirley), Dan (Ann Maurie), Mark and Cindy Wolfe; her grandsons, Brandon, Nicholas, Andrew, Matthew, Christopher and Nathan; and her siblings, Edna Prins (Jack), Theo Afman (late Betty), Annie Vandenboogaard (Bill) and Pete Afman (Mary).
