He was predeceased by: his daughter Teresa; and his wife Edith. He is survived by: his children, Tom, Margaret (Kevin) and Leah (Louise); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan (Nancy), Sean, Mackenzie, Madison (Devan), Quincy, Hannah (Josh), Lucie and Sheilagh.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home (30 Worsley St, Barrie, ON L4M1L4). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Parish (65 Amelia St, Barrie, ON L4M1M7). A reception was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (65 Amelia St, Barrie, ON L4M1M7). A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery Barrie St. Mary's Cemetery (208 Sunnidale Rd, Barrie, ON L4N5N9).
