He is survived by: his children, Michael Kennedy, Martin, Cheryl Kennedy, Melissa and Allen Baxter; his grandchildren, Joel Kennedy (Melissa), Kaitlyn Kennedy (Nathan), Jayme Kennedy (Kurtis), Alexander Kennedy, Jade Baxter and Quinn Baxter; his great grandchildren, Carter, Mason, Jase and Easton; and his sister Doreen Lamont (Murray) of Thornbury.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Mary's Hospital as expressions of sympathy.
