He was predeceased by: his son Paul; his granddaughter Nicole; and his brother Alex. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Dan Bookalam (Sharon), Jo-Ann Bizzo (Gary), Kelly Dickinson (Kathy), Carolynn and Michael; his grandchildren, Leslie, Ashley, Jonathan, Katelyn, Chase and Cole; his great grandchildren, Ella, Edison, Dan and Zoey; and his brother Billy. He is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
