He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela; his grandson William Ross Smith; and his siblings, Hartley, Alma and Irlma.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Blackler (Phil) and Bradley (Jane); his grandchildren, Jessica Blackler, Alia Henderson (Pat) and Gavin Smith (Esme); his great grandchildren, Evin, Drew Henderson, Ross and Shirley Smith (Chapman); his son Brad; and his friend Mary Thomas. He is also survived by his children.
