He was predeceased by: his significant other Jeannette; his parent Doris McCaw; and his siblings, Mary and Bert. He is survived by: his parent Walter McCaw; his nieces, Lynda Miller and Patti-Jo Lavery-Verkley; and his friend Graham Dinkel. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
