He was predeceased by: his mother Doris. He is survived by: his brothers, David, Terry (Brenda), Larry John (Ellie) and Robert (Gail); his nieces and nephews, Laura, Rebecca, Martha, Sarah, Jason, Andrew and Matthew; his father Earl; and his pet Hailey.
In lieu flowers the family wishes for donations to be made in his honour to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
