It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otilia Chavez Bernal (Saint-Marys, Ontario), who passed away on October 21, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Candido Bernal; her daughter Edith Gutierrez (Pedro); and her daughter-in-law Matya Kotlier. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Hernandez (Manuel), Daniel Chavez (Isabel), Ricardo Chavez (Ana), Nohemy Good (Andrew), Olga Chavez (Leonel), Hugo Chavez (Rubia), Ana Zuleyma Chavez (Alejandro), Juan Carlos Chavez (Elida) and Jaime Perdomo (Elaine); and her stepchild Mima Torres.
