She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hopkins and Kathryn Hopkins; her siblings, Jerry Hopkins and Patricia Burke; and her former husband Harrison Simms.
She is survived by: her husband Louis; her sister Judi Connolly; her children, Victoria Perry, Patrice Simms (Eleanore) and Seth Reidy (Katie); her grandchildren, Chris Perry, Asia, Julian Simms, Asher and June Sawyer-Reidy; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Serai and Jevani Perry. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces, as well as her Canadian family and many beloved friends.
