It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mate Raos (Saint-Marys, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 97, on April 9, 2019. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Iva (Granic); his son Milan; and his granddaughter Daniela. He is survived by: his children, Ivan (Mladenka), Ante (Suzana), Slavko and Nada (Mirko); his grandchildren, Mate (Elisabeth), Ante (Maya), Iva (Bernard), Toma, Marija (Eric) and Mirko (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Angelina, Ivana, Karmela, Milan and Sebastian; his siblings, Ante Raos, Kata Brstilo and Iva Baleta; his brothers-in-law, Slavko Granic (Marija) and Petar Granic (Angela); and his friend Croatia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
