She was predeceased by: her spouse Evaristo Aguiar; her parents, Fransico Vicente and Laurentina Monteiro; and her brothers, José (late Maria) and João (Maria José).
She is survived by: her children, José Evaristo Aguiar (Almerinda) and Gilda Slade (Don); her grandchildren, Susana (Adolfo), Steve (Tammy), Melissa (Mark), Omar, Donny, Shelly (Jamie), Simon and Amanda (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Nicolas, Whitney, Preston, Anika, Deon, Owen, Noela, Sarah, Adessa, Julian and Samantha. She is also survived by niece and many nephews, extended family and friends.
