She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Medeiros; and her brothers, Bento, José and Eduardo Fumo. She is survived by: her children, Eduardo Manuel Medeiros (Almerinda), Bento Medeiros (Alda), Carmo Almeida (late José), Ana Teles (late José Guilherme) and Maria Piques (Duarte); her grandchildren, Ana Catarina, Pedro, Paulo, Ana Sofia, David, Biatriz, Kevin, José Guilherme, Joana and Bisavô; and her siblings, Carmo Borges and Conceiçao Carreiro.
