Mabel Klages-Sacks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Klages-Sacks (Saint-Marys, Ontario), who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mabel Klages-Sacks to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Povelofskie and Selma Povelofskie; her former husband Lorne Klages; her husband Cecil Sacks; her son Tim Klages; her grandson Jason Klages; and her brother Maurice Publuske.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Klages (Charmaine) of Elmira, Lorna Peltzer (Adolph) of Belleville, Sheila Gardiner (Earl) of Brantford and Faye Brekelmans (Gerry) of Aylmer; her daughter-in-law Randi Varga of Chesley; her sister Lauretta Wright (Harry) of Hanover; and her sister-in-law Mavis Klages of Chesley. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren as well as a large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society or to the First St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Hanover would be appreciated.
