He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Chard and Doris Chard; and his sister June Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Dina Chard; his children, Mike, Tim, Sherry, Belinda, Andrew, William, Daniel, Tammy, Kim and Patrick; and his nieces, Trish Podann, Val Tracey and Linda Lee Clark. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, family and friends.
