He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Finnie and Dorothy Finnie. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Morning); his stepdaughters, Diana Hodgins (Dennis) and Deb Thynne (late Terry); his grandchildren, Kelly Hodgins, Greg Hodgins (Raquel) and Alisha Theal (Cory); his brother Dave Finnie (Betty-Anne); his nieces and nephews, John, Jennifer and Jamie; his sister Norma Morenz; his niece Lisa James (Matt); his children, Sidney, Dylan and Matt Morenz; his siblings-in-law, Gordon, Alice Morning, Keith Watson and Ron Watson; and his close friend Sue Finnie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home (47 Wellington St S, St. Marys, ON N4X1B2). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Marys United Church (85 Church St S, St. Marys, ON N4X0A6).
