He was predeceased by: his wife Sally; and his brothers, William, Joseph, Peter, Antone and Jack.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Lisa), Lisa Whent (Geoff) and Sarah Haze (Chris); his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Josh Whent, Ella and Nolan Haze; and his sisters, Dora Schuurmans and Johanna Middegaal.
