He is survived by: his spouse Nellie; his children, Samantha and Nicholas; his parent Maria Melo; his parents-in-law, Jose Medeiros and Gloria Medeiros; his siblings, Joe, Elvira Silva (Paulo) and Peter (Nelia); his siblings-in-law, Natalie Arruda, Manuel Arruda, Elizabete Simpson and Brent Simpson; and also Sao Miguel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
