She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGill and Dorothy McGill; and her brothers, John, Edward, Donald and Richard.

She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" McArdle; her children, Kimberly McArdle-Phipps (Jon), Kathryn Flannery (Steve) and Jody Lynn Risdon; her grandchildren, Laura Flannery, Joel Flannery (Olivia), Sam McArdle-Buse (Aimee) and Jessica Ostojic; and her sister Fay Langill (Keith). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the House of Friendship or Habitat for Humanity would be appreciated by the family.
