With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Dee Hammond (Saint-Marys, Ontario), who passed away on January 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George. He is survived by: his mother Lee; his wife Chantale; and his sons, Brandon (Allie) and Devin (Courtney). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
