He was predeceased by: his wife Gwen; and his child Bill. He is survived by: his children, Bruce (Deb) of St. Joseph Island, Paul (Mila) of Cochrane and Michael (Leonardo) of Vancouver; his grandchildren, Neil, Joel, Logan (Alice Czitrom), Devon, Kiera and Cayla; his sister Helene Hodgins of Thornhill; his brother-in-law Keith Jobson (Florence) of Victoria, B. C; his father Philip Joseph; and also Jack.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kingsway Life Care or the Canadian Mental Health Association of Perth.
