She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Salverda; and her siblings, Hillie, Geertje, Meindert, Janet, Jannie, Tom, Peter and Edith.

She is survived by: her children, Ed and Joanne Salverda of Londesborough; her grandchildren, Kevin Salverda of Stratford, David, Christina Salverda of Londesborough and Savannah Salverda of Nova Scotia; her great grandchildren, Jake and Bryce; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Salverda of Clinton and Helen Schikker of Chatham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
