She was predeceased by: her mother Glady. She is survived by: her spouse Deb Cruickshank; her greatest accomplishments, Brandon Keel (Cheryl) and Erica Keel (Jeremy); her granddaughter Zelda May Catharine Keel; and her sister Shauna Thorne-Zarin (Brian).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Waterloo Brewing Taphouse (400 Bingemans Centre Dr, Kitchener, ON N2B3X9).
Please come as you are as Helen would want everyone to be comfortable and informal, In lieu of flowers, donations made to Alzheimer's Society (https://alzheimer.ca), or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
