He was predeceased by: his brothers, Orland, Elywin, Don and Winston. He is survived by: his spouse Donna (Drane); his child Brenda Lee Alderson (Ron Kerr); his grandchildren, Dale Robinson and Troy Robinson; and his sibling Fred (Jean). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
