She is survived by: her children, Laura Madsen (Rocky) of Pefferlaw, Stephen Belfry (Bonnie Brownstein) of Quadra Island, Douglas Belfry of Strathmore, Kenneth Belfry (Elena) of Yellowknife and Emily Belfry-MacKinnon (Peter Vershuuren) of Whitby; her grandchildren, Alayna Belfry, Jacob MacKinnon and Alexander MacKinnon; her significant other John Shaw of Hanover; and her brother Leif Jacobsen (Ann) of Elora.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Mary's General Hospital - Cardiac Care Unit or the Crawford United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
