He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert and Cora; his granddaughter Ainsley; and his son Mike. He is survived by: his wife Sharone (Elliott); his daughters, Corrie (Bob Jauniaux) and Shelley (Reid Dundas); his grandchildren, Tristan (Nicole), Megan (Sandor), Brittany (Michael), Hailey, Trent, Riley (Jay), Jensen (Eric), Ashly (Camilo) and Claire; his great grandchild Rowan; and his aunts, Lois Sweeney and Doris Webb.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Marys Healthcare Foundation.
