He is survived by: his spouse Adrianna "Jean" (Boere); his children, Marilyn Van Heesch (Henry) of Wingham, Julie Black (Rob) of Fergus, Rita Pieniazek (Michael) of Thamesford, Caroline Brekelmans (Arnie) of Thamesford, Linda Hulshof (Steve) of Kinkora and John (Alanna) of Perth South; his grandchildren, Scott Van Heesch (Carly), Marina Hauschildt (Hauke), Kristen Wiersma (Brandon), Michael Black (Amber), Tayler Black, Adam Black, Ian Pieniazek, Luke Brekelmans, Paul Brekelmans, Celina Hulshof, Mark Hulshof, Jeannine Hulshof, Karen Hulshof, Tony Vossen, Amanda Merkel (Jake), Josie Poel and Caleb Poel; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Connor Wiersma, Oliver Van Heesch, Lyra Merkel and Bennett Hauschildt; his sister Marie Van Leeuwen; and his sister-in-law Betty Poel.
