He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. George and Gladys Smith (Petty); his sisters, Joan Lockwood Smith and Elizabeth Ann Fulmer; his niece Susan Empey (Peter); his sons, Jeffrey, Ethan and Jay (Annlea); his nephew Peter Fulmer; his daughters, Jennifer (Andrew), Olivia and Taylor; and his nephew Paul Fulmer (Thom).
