It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Crandell in Saint-Marys, Ontario, born in Bear River, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Caroline Crandell; and his sister Isabell Snow. He is survived by: his children, Doris Gill (late Wayne), Robert Crandell (Beverley), Glenn Crandell and Irene Fletcher (Mark); his son-in-law Alan Addison; his stepchildren, Wayne McCarter (Annamarie), Deb McCarter, Sue McCarter and Paul McCarter (Barb); his grandchildren, Janette (Art), Larry (Lisa), Eric and Ben; his stepgrandchildren, Stefanie, Sara, Stewart (Janine), Paul (Barb), Andrew, Benjamin, Amy, Emily, Adam (Emma), Luke and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Brandon (Kathryn), Jordon and Alicia; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Anna, Alex, Gillian, Carter, Maverick and Declan; his great great grandchildren, Rylee and Sophia; and his sister Carol Ann Gregory.
