She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Anderson and Hilda Anderson; and her husband Jack Brown. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Loucks (Joe) and Murray Brown (Janette); her great grandchildren, Clark Monteith, Maeve Monteith, Burk Monteith, Sophia and Penelope Mandigo; and her siblings, Bill Anderson (Jan), Dorine Ellis (late Jim), Eunice Boyd (late John), Jane Crawford and Mary Anderson (late Bob Zaharia). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
