He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coutts and Gladys Coutts; and his siblings, John, Ron Coutts and Phyllis Doupe.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Stacey (Rick Bell), Trevor Coutts (Lisa Geddes), Vanessa (Ricky Hall) and Jessica (Darren Emke); and his parents-in-law, Irvin and Joyce Reay.
Due to Covid-19 protocols masks are required, social distancing must be respected on church property and a limited number of people will be allowed inside the church for visitation.
