Dorothy Collins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Collins in Saint-Marys, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Joseph Collins; and her parents, George Lackenbauer and Louise Lackenbauer. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Palubeskie; her grandchildren, Teresa, Cheryl Laudahn (Frank), Caroline Albrecht (Tim), Patrick Bartholomew, Michelle Youngman (Kyle), Ruth-Ann Kiec (Michael), Robert Collins (Ashley), Stacy Collins, Ashley Harris (Paul) and Camila Collins; and her great grandchildren, Natasha, Alexis, Karina, Carli, Aaron, Kaleb, Lucas, Nora, Spencer, Levi, Finn, Willow and Carter. She is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A prayer was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's RC Church (56 Duke St W, Kitchener, ON N2H3W7).
