He was predeceased by: his wife Andrene Laderoute; his parents, Armand Laderoute and Margaret Laderoute; his siblings, Armand "Armie" and Mary Sear; and his brother-in-law Raymond Fremeau (Jeff).
He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Susan) and Alan (Ellie); his granddaughters, Claire, Sally, Jane, Kate and Reese; his siblings-in-law, Pat Laderoute, Carolyn and Peter Sear (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Jovawne (Scott), Terri, Carolyn (Blair), Mark (Vanessa), Michael, Ben (Brian) and James.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
