He is survived by: his children, Victoria Vollering (Richard) and Trevor Crawford (Nikki); his stepchildren, Tara Norton (Bruce Greenwood) and Bronwen Heinrich (Peter); his grandchildren, Luka, Tucker, Raine, Kai, Maya, Ian, Sean, Hunter and Chase; and his brother Doug Crawford.
