He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Scott and Karen (Dave Brouwer); his grandsons, Colton and Luke Brouwer; and his brothers, Paul (Janet), Ross (Millie) and Ron (Margaret). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
