He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Booth and Tom Booth. He is survived by: his spouse Cathy; his stepchildren, Paul Sproxton (Sandra) and Carolyn Morris (Jim); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jack and Alex; and his siblings, Malcom (Sue), Steven and Robert.
