He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lee; his children, Mike Giilck (Sue), Deb Giilck (Gary Franklin), Kim Larose (Marc), Pam Giilck (Corey Widmeyer) and Shawn Giilck (Char); his sister Winnie Ackersviller; and his son Asmus.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Waterloo Wellington or Grand River Hospital Foundation - Freeport Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
