He was predeceased by: his parents, Greta Steeves and Ervine Steeves; and his siblings, Joyce Daunheimer, Ross Steeves and Donald Steeves.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Hedrich; his children, Allan Steeves (Deb), Christopher Steeves (Rose), Shelley Kennedy (Mike) and Melissa Young (Allen); his grandchildren, Scott, Tyler, Brooke, Charlotte, Regan, Nolan and Madison; and his sister Gloria Baerg.
