He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Lowe and Greta Lowe; and his sister Valerie Welburn. He is survived by: his siblings, Wesley Lowe, Cheryl Vijh (David), Beverley Walker (Tom) and Robert Lowe; his nieces and nephews, Shaun, Patrick, Adrian, Ashley, Nikki, Taylor, Carter, Stacey, Travis and Calvin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amelia, Sophia, Ryder and Willow; his friend Keith Mahar; and his brother-in-law Bill Welburn.
