He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Lee-Turner (Doug); his parents, Clifford Lee and Roberta Lee; and his stepmother Helen. He is survived by: his siblings, Heather Lee-Murphy (Ted) and David; his nephew Bryan Murphy; and his pet Taffy.
