He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Power and Irene Power; his siblings, Edward Power, Jerome Power and Theresa Power; his parents-in-law, Philippe and Edith Crete; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Noye, Derm O'Leary, Harry Davis and Peter Crete.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Power; his children, Sherry Shilliday (Sam), Juanita Corcoran (Brian), Allan Power, Jeff Power (Donna) and Wendy Davenport (John); his grandchildren, Selena Dodge (Tim), Brian Corcoran (Alison), Brooke Hartwick (Colin), Grace Power, Shawna Shilliday and Shannon Shilliday; his great grandchildren, Caleb Dodge, James Corcoran, Charles Corcoran, Maisey Hartwick and Beckham Hartwick; and his siblings, Jean O'Leary, Bernadette Didham (Dick), Elizabeth Noye, Anthony Power (Melba), Gloria Linehan (Junior), Cynthia McDonald (Don), Agnes Davis and Kenneth Power (Linda).
