He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his children, Elaine (John), Stephen (Joanne), Trevor (Sibylle) and Laura (Marc); his stepdaughters, Gwen and Holly (Robert); and his siblings, David (Beryl), Alice (Bob) and Robert (Cathy).
