He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Cindy Campbell (Ben), Peter Hall (Karen) and Lisa Kunow (Richard); his stepchildren, Rick Hornsby (Marlene), Kim Hornsby (Phil) and Pat Hornsby; his grandchildren, Scott Campbell (Anya), Steven Campbell (Joy), Sara Hall and Natasha Hall; his stepgrandchildren, Robert (Katy), Adam (Dana), Rachael (Brock) and Lilith; and his brother Tom Hall (Jeannette). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
