He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Pothier; and his brother Claude. He is survived by: his parent Jacqueline Pothier; his spouse Nancy Pothier; his children, Tanya Dussiaume (Pat), Thomas Pothier (Brigitte) and Rene Jr Pothier; his siblings, Jeanne St-Louis (Andre), Yvette MacLellan (Jim) and Pauline Noël; and his significant other Daniel Pothier (Mitch). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, especially by his godchild Brad, extended family and friends.
