He is survived by: his wife Emma Waters; his children, Skye, Hope and Charles Carter; his mother Helen Waters; his sisters, Kim Galloway (Doug) and Lynn Waters (Frank); and his grandchildren, Avery, Opheila and Preston. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
