Richard Morris Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Morris (Saint-Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on June 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his son Gerald; his daughter-in-law Liz; his daughter Lauren; his son-in-law James; and his daughter Nicole. He was also cherished by 10 siblings, and a loving mother and father that would all become his family.

He filled the Nipigon home with song, belting out everything from My Girl by the Temptations to Old Town Road by Lil Nas X. Richard was also constantly writing down his own lyrics and had his song Idle Time independently produced during the pandemic.
