He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret Maidment; his siblings, Evelyn Clark, Cecil and Howard; and also Pearl Maidment.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Candace (Ken Wilkinson), Gordon Maidment (Sharon) and Francine (Ken Walsh); his friend Georgette Proulx; his sibling Reta Shannon; and also Jack Tomlinson (Pat).
Memorial donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated by the family.
